How far in advance should I apply

Visa applications can be submitted within 180 days before the travel date.
If the customer has less than 30 days before the travel date, the company does not recommend submitting the visa application, as the processing time may not be sufficient to complete before the travel date. If the customer still wishes to proceed with the application, the company cannot guarantee that the visa will be approved in time for the travel date.

How long is the visa valid for

German Visa allows free travel between countries within the Schengen Area, permitting a maximum stay of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. However, the duration may vary at the discretion of the German Embassy.

Payment of the above fees and service charges does not guarantee visa approval, as the approval requirements and conditions are subject to the sole discretion of the embassy

Can I get a refund if I cancel my visa application, or if the visa is rejected

Once the visa application has been submitted to the Consular Affairs Department, in the event that the visa is refused or the customer withdraws the application themselves, the visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
